Registration is now open! The rates are as follows:
  • regular (1 Nov to 22 Feb): member - $244 / non-member - $264

These rates are for the whole weekend, and include the book-signing session. They do not include the social functions (see details below).  After 22 February a late fee of $30 will apply. Registration will close on 27 February.

If you wish to attend the convention for one day only this will cost $144. Tickets for the book-signing session only are $7.50 (members) and $10.00 (non-members). You can buy day and signing tickets after 31 October.

This year we are using an online registration process. You can choose to receive an invoice and pay via direct debit, cheque or money order, or you can pay immediately via PayPal.

When you fill in the online registration form you can either pay immediately via PayPal (a surcharge will be added), or you can request an invoice and then pay via direct debit, cheque or money order. The invoice will be emailed to you and will include details of payment options. Please include your invoice number with your payment.

Payment must be received within one week of your registration, or a place will not be held.

Registration acknowledgment
Your registration will be automatically acknowledged via email. Please check the information in your registration acknowledgment for accuracy and notify the registrar of any amendments required, via email. If you have not received confirmation of receipt within 24 hours of submitting your form online (or within a fortnight of submitting a form by mail), please let us know.

Social functions
Tickets for social functions are separate to the registration fee. This gives delegates the flexibility to pick the functions they wish to attend to best suit their budget. This year we are offering the choice of a drink package OR cash bar option, giving delegates the option to pick whichever suits them best.

Welcome reception
The welcome reception will be held on the Terrace, Level 2 at the Mercure Hotel, Brisbane on Friday 1 March from 7.00 pm to 9.00 pm. Tickets for the reception are as follows:
  • $39 per person for canapés and cash bar OR
  • $63 per person for canapés and 2-hour drink package.*

Awards dinner
The awards dinner will be held on Saturday 2 March in the Chelsea Ballroom at the Mercure Hotel, Brisbane from 7.30 pm to 11.30 pm. Tickets for the dinner are as follows:
  • $58 per person for dinner and cash bar OR
  • $92 per person for dinner and 4-hour drink package.*

(*Note: the drinks package covers your choice from a package including a white wine, a red wine, a sparking wine, beer, juice and soft drinks. If you select cash bar you can order whatever you like and pay on consumption.)
